Which product should I choose?
Choose an LED collar for added visibility around the neck, an LED visibility harness for a mesh option, or an LED leash to add light along your lead. The AirTag holder is a separate accessory and does not include an AirTag.
How do I choose a size?
Use the size guide on the individual product page. Collar and harness sizes are different. For a harness, measure the chest at its widest point behind the front legs, then check the neck and back measurements. If measurements overlap sizes, contact us before ordering.
How do I recharge an LED product?
Follow the charging instructions supplied with your product. Keep the charging connection clean and dry, and disconnect the charger before use.
How does the matching-set offer work?
Save 10% automatically when you add two or more eligible GlowPup LED walking items to your cart. Check the discount shown in your order summary before paying. The AirTag holder is not part of this offer.
Is an AirTag included with the holder?
No. The holder and mounting hardware are sold separately from the Apple AirTag. The holder does not provide GPS tracking; tracking depends on your AirTag and Apple's Find My network.
Can I use LED products as my dog's only safety equipment?
Lighting helps with visibility and does not replace supervision or road awareness. Check the fit, buckles and connections before each walk. The visibility harness is not a substitute for a load-rated harness for dogs that pull strongly.
